More than 70 food traders were challenged to create something you haven’t experienced at the Melbourne Royal Show before. From 23 submissions, 10 standout sweet and savoury creations have been selected as the inaugural Melbourne Royal Show Best Bites.

A flavour-packed noodle experience that defies gravity. Suspended above the bowl for a striking visual effect, these savoury noodles are as delicious as they are unforgettable, delivering a fun, interactive twist on a comfort food favourite.
