What attractions stay open into the evening?
The fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Get your adrenaline fix in Adventure Carnival and Thrillseekers Carnival with rides open until 9:30pm each night.
Do you have discounted tickets for coming later in the day?
We sure do! Grab a Twilight Ticket for entry after 5pm.
What is included with a Twilight Ticket?
A Twilight Ticket includes entry to the Show from 5pm, giving you access to the carnival, entertainment, food and all the action happening into the evening.
Do you have any ticket bundles for entry and rides?
Yes, the Six-Seven ticket has you covered. Get entry after 2pm plus a $50 Ride Pass for just $67! Your Show day, sorted.
Are there height restrictions on rides?
Yes, there are height restrictions and limitations for all rides. Ride details and restrictions will be available on the Rides page closer to the Show.
How do I buy a Ride Pass?
You can purchase Ride Passes online when you buy your tickets.

Can I take photographs and videos of my day at the Melbourne Royal Show?
Yes! You are encouraged to capture your special moments by taking photographs and videos during the Melbourne Royal Show and post them to social media with #MelbRoyalShow.
Will cash be accepted at the Melbourne Royal Show?
Cash is considered legal tender and should be accepted at all outlets throughout the Melbourne Showgrounds during the Melbourne Royal Show. However, please note that there may be some commercial stands that choose not to accept cash. We do not have a way of determining in advance which stands will or won’t accept cash. ATMs will also be accessible throughout the Show for cash withdrawals.
