ANIMAL NURSERY
Create moments to remember with friendly farm animals at the heart of the Show. Meet curious goats, gentle lambs, playful piglets and more as you pat, feed and enjoy a hands-on experience the whole family will love.
FARM ANIMAL PIN TRAIL
Explore six animal destinations across the Show, from cows and sheep to horses and dogs. Visit each stop, collect a pin and complete your 2026 set to take home a special Show keepsake.
LITTLE FARMERS FIELD
Get hands-on with farmyard fun. Collect apples and carrots, dig for potatoes and onions, plant a sunflower and hop aboard a mini Kubota tractor for a taste of life on the farm.
GABBY’S DOLLHOUSE LIVE SHOW
A meow-zing musical celebration with Gabby and her kitty friends, featuring a daily live sing-along, dance-along adventure in the fantastical world of DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse.
CARE BEARS LIVE SHOW
A colourful, magical live experience filled with music, dancing and joyful moments that celebrate friendship, kindness and caring. Sing, dance and share in an enchanting performance designed to delight all ages.
KIDS CARNIVAL
Young thrill seekers aged 6 and under can find their fun at the Kids Carnival. Enjoy rides including the Gator Coaster, Crazy Clown Cars, Cup & Saucer and more.
Crayola Scribble Scrubby Activation
Get creative with Crayola! Little explorers can meet Scribble Scrubbie pets, say hello to animal characters, snap a free photo and spot the Crayola Crayon mascot at the Victorian Community Pavilion.

Start With The Animals
Meet the farmyard favourites, get up close to friendly animals and start your Show adventure with a visit to the Animal Nursery.
Follow The Animal Pin Trail
Set off on a kid-sized adventure around the Showgrounds, collecting animal pins as you discover new places along the way.
Stop For A Pony Ride
Saddle up for a gentle pony ride and give your little explorer their first taste of life in the saddle.
Step into Paw Patrol Playland
Explore Adventure Bay with the PAW Patroller, Mini Golf, Scooter Track and hands-on activities. Meet favourite pups including Chase, Marshall, Skye and Rubble.
Finish With A Carnival Ride
Head to the Kids Carnival near the PAW Patrol Playland for little-kid-friendly fun, including the Go Gator Coaster, Crazy Clown Cars, Cup & Saucer and more.

What attractions are best for preschool-aged children?
Little ones can explore PAW Patrol Playland, Animal Nursery, Kids Carnival, and much more with plenty of free hands-on activities, animal encounters and family-friendly entertainment to discover.
What facilities are available for parents?
We understand the needs of parents and carers and want to make your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible.
During the Melbourne Royal Show, three Parent Rooms will be available across the Showgrounds. Locations are clearly marked on the Show map, which will be released closer to the 2026 Show.
Each Parent Room provides:
- Private breastfeeding and feeding spaces
- Baby change facilities
- Facilities for warming bottles and baby food
- Access to handwashing facilities
- Our Parent Rooms are designed to provide a clean, comfortable and welcoming space for families to care for young children throughout their visit.
Where can children meet their favourite characters?
Little ones can meet favourite characters across the Show, including PAW Patrol pups at PAW Patrol Playland, plus characters from Madagascar and Gabby’s Dollhouse at the Sushi Hub Entertainment Precinct.
Are there rides suitable for younger children?
Yes! Head to the Kids Carnival, where young thrill seekers aged 6 and under can enjoy rides including the Go Gator Coaster, Crazy Clown Cars and Cup & Saucer.
How long should I allow for PAW Patrol Playland?
Allow 1 hour to make the most of PAW Patrol Playland. Open daily from 10am to 5pm, little explorers can hit the scooter track, test their skills at mini golf, dive into interactive play and meet their favourite pups.
