Witness the ultimate showdown of top-tier woolly champions in the Livestock Pavilion on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 September, concluding with the esteemed All Breeds Sheep Interbreed Competition.
Celebrating the best of the Australian sheep industry
The All Breeds Sheep Interbreed is a true spectacle of the Melbourne Royal Show agricultural offering. With the best sheep from each breed vying for the title of Interbreed Champion, visitors come to see Australia’s best sheep breeders show off their sheep and celebrate 12 months of passion and hard work.
The sheep are assessed on a number of criteria to be awarded the grand prize. The expert judges are on hand to explain their selection and are more than happy to help you understand what it takes to select a winning sheep.
