2019 Exhibitors Evening Save the Date
On the 22nd of August, we will be hosting an exhibitors evening at Harry the Hirer’s Showroom which will act as a Q&A session as well as general information from the sales team. Invites to the event will be sent out in the next few weeks. Click here to RSVP by Thursday 15 August.

Streatrader and Public Liability
Public Liability documentation must be submitted by Friday 30 August 2019.
Do you sell food or beverage items? If so, you are required to complete a Streatreader registration with the City of Melbourne. Please print and fill out the form here.
Please ensure you read the exhibitor agreement carefully. The Exhibitor Manual will be made available on the Royal Melbourne Show website during August, we will also email a copy to all confirmed exhibitors, so keep an eye out!

Each exhibitor and all staff members that will be onsite during Bump In/Out MUST complete the Royal Melbourne Show 2019 Online Induction.
We will send through a more detailed email with the induction link in the next few weeks. This induction must be completed by ALL stakeholders and contractors for your stall.
Details about Bump-in and Bump-out procedures will be found in the Exhibitor Manual.
Please note: All bump in MUST be completed by 10pm on Thursday 19th September 2019.
