Registered Charity Ticket Allocation
The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) is pleased to support registered charities and fundraisers to enable members of the community to enjoy the Royal Melbourne Show.
Applications for ticket donations to attend the 2020 Royal Melbourne Show will open on 1 May and close 15 July 2020. Requests received outside of these dates will not be considered.
Complimentary ticket requests will only be considered for registered charities (CRN to be supplied) and due to the number of requests for complimentary tickets, the following guidelines must be adhered to:
- Requests must be submitted via the link provided below and a letter on company letter head outlining the reason for the ticket request must be attached.
- Please do not request more than 40 tickets. This limit is due to the high demand for ticket donations and the RASV endeavours to accommodate all requests.
Ticket requests are decided on a case-by-case basis by the RASV and requests outside the guidelines listed above will not be considered.
Applications for a donation of tickets to the 2020 Royal Melbourne Show for use in fundraising efforts will open on 1 May and close 15 July 2020. Requests received outside of these dates will not be considered.
Complimentary fundraising ticket requests will only be considered on completion of the online submission process, accompanied by a letter on company letterhead outlining the purpose of the ticket request. A maximum of four tickets will be allocated per organisation.
Tickets are not guaranteed and are decided on a case-by case basis.
