  1. Feel the Dino-Roar as you watch a world of animatronic dinosaurs come to life in the Jurassic Creatures Pavilion.

  2. Another reason to love country music! Catch four-time Golden Guitar winner, Australian singer-songwriter Amber Lawrence live on stage performing hits from her latest album ‘Spark'. 

  3. Pat a pup until your heart is content in the Black Hawk Dogs Pavilion.There will be puppies of various breeds and you'll see some of the most adorable four-legged friends you could ever imagine.

  4. Relax in undercover seating, play giant games on the lawn and snap a selfie on the swing in the stylish garden surrounds of #TheMeadow.

  5. Put the kids’ slider-making skills to the test in a fun, educational cooking class presented by Australian Good Meat in the Woolworths Pavilion.

  6. Sample and explore a world of award-winning cheese, wine, coffee, beer, spirits and more in the magnificent Winning Tastes Pavilion.

  7. Discover the beauty of live sculpting in the Spotlight Makers Pavilion as Colombian born Melbourne artist Alexander Esenarro creates ceramic masterpieces every day of Show.

  8. Witness paw-some crime-detecting ability as a Victoria Police passive alert detection dog sniffs out items hidden in everyday obstacles.

  9. Leap into a world of robots, gadgets and technology-driven innovation. Delivering a unique tech and video gaming experience, the all new Future Pavilion boasts three zones plus a café to take time out.

  10. Visit ‘All Fired Up’ to see the incredible firefighting Unimog, a specially designed all-terrain vehicle that holds up to 4,000 litres of water!

  11. Sit down, relax and witness the grace, agility, precision and poise of the best horses and their riders competing in the Horses in Action program on the Herald Sun Arena.

  12. Daily from Tuesday 24th September stop by the Western Bulldogs Kennel and get involved in the handball competition, have your photo taken with the Bulldogs mascots and sign up to The Pack Kids Club to receive exclusive offers and giveaways - it’s free to join for kids aged 14 and under!

  13. Learn how to sew your own reusable shopper with @yousewgirlpatterns or be inspired as @theconfectionistau shows us her amazing cookie decorating skills in the Spotlight Inspiration Space.

  14. Keep your eyes on the pies! Learn the secrets to pastry perfection as apple pies are judged live on stage, Tuesday 24 September in the Spotlight Makers Pavilion.

  15. Get around one of the largest cattle breeds in the world, the Angus and help us celebrate 100 years of the iconic breed in Australia. Expect to see more than 150 of these beauties in the Livestock Pavilion from Thursday 26 September to Tuesday 1 October.

  16. From Beagles and Border Collies to Dachshunds and Dalmatians, you can find your favourite pooches parading, jumping and tackling obstacles in the largest dog show in the Southern Hemisphere, the Royal Melbourne Show All Breeds Championship Show.

  17. Head to the Public Stand for the best view of your favourite characters including Batman, Wonder Woman, Peppa Pig, Shaun the Sheep and more in the all new Royal Melbourne Show Parade, presented by Mitsubishi.

  18. Get your daily ‘awww’ fix by surrounding yourself with the most adorable baby animals in the Biostime Animal Nursery. This is the place to visit the Show’s resident baby sheep, cattle, goats and alpacas.

  19. Sing and dance with PAW Patrol Live daily on the Channel 7 Entertainment Precinct Main Stage! You can also 'meet the heroes' in person with meet and greet and photo opps available after each performance.

  20. Be part of history at the 2019 Show. Visit the Heritage Extravaganza and record a video of your Show experience for the Virtual Museum. This is the place to learn about the vibrant history of the Show through historical photos, film, interactive games and colourful memorabilia and capture some of your best Show photos!

  21. For an udderly unique experience, learn about Australian dairy cattle and milk a cow at the Big M Milking Experience in the Livestock Pavilion.

  22. Tune in and belt out a familiar song with the crowd as the Elton John Experience takes to the stage in the Channel 7 Entertainment Precinct.

  23. Best cattle around - no bull! Take the opportunity to see the giant bulls or cows up close in the Livestock Pavilion. Weighing up to a massive 1300kg, these gentle giants are not to be missed.

  24. Be astounded by the internationally acclaimed magician, and escapologist Cosentino the Grand Illusionist daily on the Channel 7 Entertainment Precinct Main Stage.

  25. You’ve goat to see the funny and bouncy pygmy goats in the Livestock Pavilion. For one day only, on Wednesday 25th September, you can learn all about these adorable creatures form their passionate breeders.

  26. Every once in a wool you’ll experience something new and out of the ordinary. This year in the Livestock Pavilion, you can learn about Australian wool and try your hand at sheep shearing.

  27. Let your imagination run wild as you take part in interactive workshops in the Spotlight Create Space. Led by many magnificent makers, you can craft your own Best in Show ribbon with Cintia Gonzalez, sew your own felt llama softie with Carly Altree-Williams, design your own Flashing Light necklace with Louise Meuwissen or sew a cute Happy Heart brooch to take home with sustainable-focused Emma Grace.

  28. Take a gander at some of Australia’s fanciest poultry with the Royal Melbourne Show Poultry Competition set to showcase 1200 chickens, ducks and turkeys over four huge days in the Livestock Pavilion.

  29. Watch the crowning of the cutest calf at the Calf Classic in the Livestock Pavilion.

  30. Grab a seat to see Australia's longest-running and most famous precision driving team, Team Isuzu D-Max as they set the Herald Sun Arena in motion with two live precision driving demonstrations each day. Expect the drivers to display their skills in hot laps, high-speed precision and much more.

  31. Chat to friendly Farmer Darryl in the First National Real Estate Farmyard as he answers questions about his life spent caring for wonderful creatures and shares his tips on how to care for cows, sheep, alpacas, poultry and more!

  32. Catch the Woodchop Competition in full swing as the World Tree Felling Championships (300mm) feature on the Herald Sun Arena on 27 September.

  33. Witness the incredible intelligence, loyalty and obedience of clever canines in the Action Dogs trials during three days of Show.

  34. Watch as the country’s best female riders compete for the Garryowen Equestrienne Turnout, commemorating the 85th anniversary of the award in 2019.

  35. Follow the 89.9 LightFM Treasure Trail for a chance to win incredible daily prizes. Keep your eyes peeled for the Treasure Trail banners placed around the Show. Visit the 89.9 LightFM website to enter the code on each banner for your chance to win.

  36. Enjoy the vocal stylings of The Voice contestants on the Main Stage.

  37. Get ready to see some serious talent as canines go claw-to-claw to compete in the ultimate dog obstacle course. Pitting canine competitors (and their handlers) against each other, the K9 Ninja Challenge will sort the puppies from pawthletes.

  38. Watch as the Show’s biggest stage the Herald Sun Arena comes to life with 250 of Australia's finest cattle of all breeds and sizes parading their blue ribbon achievements in front of more than 5000 visitors. This amazing spectacle is a Show tradition.

  39. You’ll see that brains trump beauty as intelligent, speedy working dogs round up sheep in the Channel 7 Entertainment Precinct just as they would on the farm. Led by Farmer Jack, learn how the dogs are trained to listen to his commands and safely guide the flock to their destination.

  40. Visit the Land Rover Experience for the ride of your life on the hair-raising Terrapod. What’s the Terrapod? Imagine yourself on a giant seesaw, 5.7 meters off the ground that drops from a steep incline to a steep decline. Now imagine going over that seesaw in a Land Rover.

  41. Chat with Victoria Police officers and pat the horses and canines from the Victoria Police Mounted Brand and Dog Squad.

  42. Visit Chef Rupert in the Woolworths Fresh Market Kitchen and get some tips and tricks to help you make the most of wonderful fresh produce in the kitchen. There’ll be seven interactive cooking sessions every day. Reserve your seat at the check-in desk inside the Woolworths Pavilion on the day.

  43. Take a selfie with your favourite stars of The Block, 9News, LEGO Masters, The Voice, Australian Ninja Warrior and more in the 9NEWS Pavilion.

  44. Marvel at the bond between human and horse as seven majestic Australian Stock Horses take to the Channel 7 Entertainment Precinct under the careful eye of well-known Australian horseman, Luke Thomas. Expect dancing, painting and lots of fun from The Magnificent Seven Performing Horse Team.

  45. Go behind the scenes at the Seven Dome in the Channel 7 Entertainment Precinct where you can meet your favourite stars from Channel 7’s Home and Away. Check the Daily Program for more details.

  46. Have you ever wondered what makes each breed of sheep different? Improve your livestock knowledge at the Heritage Sheep Display through learning about the history of sheep and wool in Victoria.

  47. Head to the all-new and spectacular Spotlight Makers Pavilion to browse more than 4000 incredible exhibits submitted by talented artists, crafters and home cooks, then vote for your favourite exhibit in the Popular Choice Award. This puts you in the running to win a prize yourself!

  48. Sing along to your favourite tunes in #TheMeadow as Melbourne’s best local live acoustic acts play daily in this chill zone.

  49. “It’s only one straw,” said eight billion people. From our choice of energy company to our toilet paper, everything we do has an impact. Step inside The New Joneses Tiny House for lifestyle tips you can make that are good for our people and planet.

  50. Your day at the Show isn't complete without watching the Fireworks Spectacular presented by Brighter. Lighting up the Herald Sun Area each night, the fireworks set to your favourite tunes, are a spectacle not to be missed.
