Did you know that dairy cows eat around 40kg of food every day! All this food helps them to produce nutritious, high calcium milk, which helps us to build and maintain strong bones!

See the country’s finest dairy cows and watch as heifers aged 24 months and under compete for blue ribbon glory on Thursday 28 September at the Show.

You can also witness the future of farming as young dairy farmers aged 21 years and under compete in the Dairy Youth Handlers Classic.
