You never forget the first time you cuddled up to a baby lamb, or tried your hand at milking a cow. When you saw the biggest bulls as they paraded around the ring, or cheered on the majestic horses as they trotted their way across Herald Sun Arena.

The animals are the real stars of the Royal Melbourne Show, with thousands of them spread across Melbourne Showgrounds over 11 days.

With large animal precincts and hands-on animal activities, the Show is the only place you can get up close with your favourites.

Whether you want to pat a pig, feed a goat or lead an alpaca, the animal experiences at the Show are truly unforgettable.
